How Much is Lot Rent and What is Included?

RV Lot rent for the 2023-2024 season (i.e., October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024) is $2,600.  Single wide and double wide mobile home lots are available year round and rent for $340 per month and $600 per month respectively.  Each lot is individually metered and Members are also responsible for lot electrical charges.

Is Twilight Cove Connected to Mille Lacs Lake?

Twilight Cove has over 350' feet of lake frontage on Mille Lacs Lake.  The lake frontage is located across Twilight Road from the main property.  There is a community dock and boat launch available to Members.  Members can place their own dock for a fee.
